6. Right of Withdrawal — EU 14 Days

Returned products must be:
unopened and unused,
in original packaging,
with protective seals intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or non-conforming.

Send the products back within 14 days after notification
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Standard shipping costs will be refunded; additional express fees are not refundable.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless:
the product is defective,
we delivered the wrong item,
the product was damaged during transport.
