Where do we deliver?
We deliver Celebrity13 across the European Union and selected international destinations.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time

  • Czech Republic: 2–4 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Customs & duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns (Right of Withdrawal — EU 14 days)

Can I return a product?
Yes. As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

Conditions for return

Products must be:

  • unopened and unused

  • in original packaging

  • with all seals intact

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

How to request a return

  2. State your order number and intention to withdraw

  3. Send the products back within 14 days after notification

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods

  • The refund will be made using the original payment method

  • Standard delivery costs will be refunded (except express upgrades)

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless:

  • the product is defective

  • we delivered the wrong item

  • the product was damaged in transit

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer replacement or full refund including shipping costs

Under EU Directive 2019/771, you are entitled to remedies in case of non-conformity.
